What is usually wrong
Before I quote anything I run your current site. These four turn up almost every time.
What you get
Every build includes all of this. There is no list of extras that turn out to be essential.
Design, not a template
Laid out for your actual content and your actual customer, in your brand. You see it before it gets built.
Built to be fast
Images sized and modern-format, fonts subset, no bloat. Under two seconds on a mid-range phone or I keep working.
A CMS you can use
Edit copy, prices, photos and posts yourself. Fields are labelled in plain English, not developer names.
Search and schema
Titles, meta, sitemap, structured data and local business markup. Redirects mapped so you keep the rankings you have.
Forms that go somewhere
Enquiries routed to the right inbox with an auto-reply, and optionally straight into the automation stack.
Accessible by default
Real contrast, keyboard navigation, labelled controls, alt text. It is the law in some contracts and it is just better anyway.
Real web builds
Real builds, not renders. Click through for what I built, screenshots, and a link to the live site where there is one.
Fourteen days
A typical five-to-eight page site. Commerce and larger builds run longer and I will say so before you pay anything.
Audit
I crawl what you have, score it, and write down what is costing you enquiries.
Design
Every page laid out and approved. Nothing gets built until you have signed off.
Build
A live staging link you can watch fill in, and a written update every Friday.
QA
Speed, accessibility and every form tested on real devices, not just my laptop.
Ship
Live, plus a walkthrough recording, the logins, and thirty days of fixes on me.
Fixed price, fixed date
Half up front, half on launch. If the scope changes we agree the new number in writing before I touch it.
One page that does one job. For a launch, a campaign, or a business that only needs to be found and called.
7 DAYS · 1 PAGEStorefront, checkout, product data and post-purchase email. Priced after a scoping call.
4–6 WEEKS · SCOPEDQuestions I get
Do I own it?
Yes. Domain, hosting, code and content are in your accounts and your name from day one. I have access while I work and you can revoke it whenever.
What do you need from me?
Your logo, your photos if you have them, and about two hours total across the fortnight. If the copy is not written I will draft it and you edit.
Will I lose my Google ranking?
No. Every existing URL gets mapped to its new home with a permanent redirect before launch, and I check the index afterwards.
What if I want changes later?
Copy and images you change yourself. Anything structural is billed hourly, or covered by the care plan if you are on one.
Send me your current site
I will run it, write up what is costing you enquiries, and send it back within a day. Free, and there is no pitch attached.
